A salmon colour.
The nose, fine and complex, unfolds dried apricot, white flowers, citron and curry.
The palate is ample, marked by the fine bitters of Mourvèdre and by a refreshing salinity on the finish. It reveals iodine, candied citrus, cardamom and apricot.
All the finesse and complexity of Mourvèdre as it evolves.

Grape Mourvèdre 75%, Grenache 17%, Cinsault 8%.
Harvest Hand-harvested.

2024 vintage.

Moderate winter rainfall, heavy in spring. A dry, warm summer with wide day-night temperature swings that preserved the freshness of the aromas and the acidity.

Harvest from late August to 19 September. Perfect health, beautiful ripeness.

Very fine rosés carrying the power of Mourvèdre, on fresh citrus and white fruit. Reds with lovely juicy fruit and fine acidity. The whites benefited from the cool nights, with aroma precursors preserved.

What the critics say

Recognised by the best critics

94 / 100

Decanter

"This blend of Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Grenache is made with freshness in mind: the latter two are macerated on their skins to build aromatic complexity, and the wine sees no oak ageing. Deep in colour, with a nose of candied orange, apple skin, cranberry and grapefruit. Explosive, impressively concentrated; ripe and unctuous, rich and round, spiced and mineral, with a shimmering, energetic finish. March 2026"

92 / 100

Wine Advocate

"A classic Bandol rosé, the 2022 shows a mineral, elegant bouquet of iodine, red fruit and spice, lifted by hints of curry and menthol. Complex and textured, perfectly balanced and moderately dense, it is fleshy and long, with a mineral, delicate, mentholated finish. Already enjoyable, it is also set to evolve gracefully over the next one to three years."

91 / 100

Wine Spectator

"In this structured version, blood orange, heather and potpourri mingle with alpine herbs, lifted by a savoury touch of crushed flint and stone. The finish is smoky and firm. Delicious. Drink now through 2030."
